Assigning user licenses
You can assign user licenses easily online via our subscriptions management website.
To access a subscription, you will need to assign a user license and activate the license. If you have purchased multiple user licenses, then you will need to assign each license to a user and each user will need to activate their license.
Visit the subscription management website
Visit the subscription management website using the link we sent you by email when you purchased your subscription.
Assign a user license
From the subscription management page, follow the Assign link.
Enter the user's name and email address and submit to assign the license.
The user will receive an email providing details of how to activate their license and you will receive an email confirming the assignment.

Do I need to assign a license if I have purchased a single subscription for myself?
Yes, you will need to assign the license, even if you purchased a single subscription for yourself.
Do I need to assign all of the users licenses at once?
You can assign user licenses at any time. Please note that the subscription period for all licenses starts when the subscription is purchased.
